Marion Residents Directory is an independent reference to public rolls, indexes and directory collections associated with current or former Marion residents. It is not affiliated with a government office, court or custodian and does not itself host government records.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq.). Nothing here, and nothing any linked search tool returns, is a consumer report, and none of it may be used to judge eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Separate policies control government portals, sponsored tools and other third-party services. Their content, availability, prices and data practices are outside our control.

The original text, design, logo, and layout of this site are protected by copyright. Linking to any page and quoting brief excerpts with attribution is welcome; republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not.
9. Revisions
A replacement version may be posted here from time to time. Using the website afterward signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Cutting Off Access
We may block or restrict any user who violates these terms or abuses the site, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Indiana Governing Law
Indiana law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access described here is principally framed by the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3, together with the separate confidentiality and access rules that apply to each record type.
12. Severability
If one provision cannot be enforced, all remaining provisions continue to apply.
